SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY FOR CORPORATE GIFTS
Holiday Shipping
If you would like your holiday gifts to be received before Christmas please take note of the following deadlines:
- Custom orders (includes custom chocolate/printing) must be placed by November 1
- Non custom orders must be placed by December 1
Aigner Chocolates Chocolates does not ship on the following days:
- Weekends
- The day before Thanksgiving
- Thanksgiving Day
- The day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Years Eve
- New Years Day
Damaged Packages
Please alert our sales department at [email protected] regarding any damaged package within a timely fashion. No replacements or refunds will be considered more than 3 business days after delivery – so please open and inspect your packages promptly.
Returned Shipment Policy
Aigner Chocolates assumes all address information provided is correct, therefore we are not responsible for any returned packages due to the following reasons:
- wrong address information
- recipient has moved
- recipient refuses package upon delivery
If your package is returned for one of the above reasons, we will inform you as such and provide an opportunity to re-send the package with a shipping fee.
If the reason is through the direct fault of USPS, we will issue a refund for that package on their behalf. Aigner Chocolates is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions that are beyond the control of USPS.
Aigner Chocolates wants your recipients to receive their boxes without complication! In consideration of this, we humbly ask all our clients to double check their address information before submitting to us.
