Almond Caramel is a combination of freshly roasted almonds layered with caramel then enrobed in chocolate. It’s a decadent combination of creamy caramel, crunchy almonds, and silky chocolate that’s decadently satisfying.
The Black Mediterranean Salted Caramel is our traditional caramel covered in dark chocolate, with Cyprian black salt crystals on top. This unique salt adds a special twist to the creamy caramel and chocolate, making it a sophisticated confection to experience on the palette.
Our Caramel is a 90 year old recipe we make by slowly caramelizing fresh butter, milk, and pure cane sugar in a copper kettle. After it cools, it’s covered in a layer of either milk or dark chocolate. It’s been our best seller for generations due to its combination of creamy caramel and velvety chocolate that’s sure to excite and satisfy your palate.
Our Cashew Caramel is a combination of freshly roasted cashews layered with caramel then enrobed in chocolate. It’s one of our most popular offerings that is a combination of creamy caramel, crunchy cashews, and silky chocolate.
Our Pink Himalayan Salted Caramel is our traditional caramel enrober in dark chocolate caramel topped with finely ground pink Himalayan salt, delicate flavor and sweetness.
Our Red Hawaiian Salted Caramel is a dark chocolate-dipped caramel complemented with coarse red Hawaiian salt on top, featuring a subtle nutty flavor derived from the distinct natural clay in the Red Hawaiian salt.
